OUR MISSION
The mission of IPS, Inc. is to continue being the leader in providing equipment and facility maintenance and construction services and solutions for oil and gas upstream and midstream companies throughout Southeast New Mexico and West Texas.
Founded in 2012, IPS built its foundation and reputation by first offering a full suite of electrical and automation services to midstream plants and upstream production companies. In 2015, IPS found a need for turnkey services and solutions and expanded its service offering's to include Artifical Lift, Pumping unit repair, maintenance, logistics and inspections, Crane Services, Hydro Excavation and Dirt Work.
IPS is dedicated to providing quality services and solutions which help maintain the highest production goals while reducing cost and risk.

Philip Ingram, President

Phillip Ingram is an accomplished professional with 15 years of experience in the electrical and automation industry. He is currently the owner and president of IPS, Inc. an oil and gas service company providing electrical and automation, construction and artificial lift services. Previously, he worked as an electrical and automation consultant for the oil and gas and commercial industries. Phillip is an ideator and visionary for applying electrical and automation solutions to oil and gas and commercial applications. Additionally, he is the owner and president of Oilfield Royalty, LLC, which is responsible for bringing together the first ever oil and gas expo to Lea County. Through his actions, Phillip has shown his commitment to his community and his employees and with his new role, he plans to continue his dedication to his community by providing insight, knowledge and expertise to the city utility committee.

Ramon Marquez, OM

Ramon is a licensed and accomplished electrican with over 23 years of electrical work experience. Working as Operations Manager during the last three years Ramon has led IPS's Electrical and Automaion Division to annual growth year over year. Previously, Ramon served as an electrician and lineman for other local electrical companies where he gained valuable knowledge and experience that grew his career. Additionally, Ramon serves on the Board as Partner of Oilfield Royalty, an organization responsible for the Lea County Oil Show. Ramon currently resides in Hobbs, NM and is happily married with three kids.

Judy is currently certified and actively trains employees on OHSA Safety guidelines, ISN Compliance, H2S, CPR and safety protocols. Additionally Judy is responsible for processing employee compensation claims, insurance administration and the understanding of safe work method procedures as per OH&S guideless. She is also a proven expert in creating and reviewing SOP’s as per industry safety requirements. She currently serves on the SENM STEPS Board and is committed to Safety in the Oil & Gas Industry.

A safety-first culture is a way of life at IPS, and we continually seek ways to enhance and train our personnel. When we undertake new projects, we work to understand the environmental and cultural considerations of the surrounding areas and communities.
